凈化鋁材配件-空氣過(guò)濾器的安裝應(yīng)符合的規(guī)定

1 手術(shù)室高效空氣過(guò)濾器經(jīng)外觀檢查合格后，應(yīng)立即進(jìn)行安裝；

2 安裝高效過(guò)濾器的框架應(yīng)平整、清潔，每臺(tái)過(guò)濾器的安裝框架的平整度偏差，不得超過(guò)1～2㎜；
2 installation and high efficiency filter framework should be smooth, clean, and every filter mounting frame flatness deviations, shall not exceed 1 ~ 2 mm;
3 過(guò)濾器安裝方向必須正確，安裝后過(guò)濾器四周和接口，應(yīng)嚴(yán)密不漏；
3 filter must be installed in the direction of the right, after the installation of the filter around and interface, should be strict no leakage;
4 高效過(guò)濾器采用機(jī)械密封時(shí)，應(yīng)采用氣密墊密封，其厚度為6~8㎜，并緊貼在過(guò)濾器邊框上；安裝后墊料的壓縮應(yīng)均勻，壓縮率為25~50%；安裝后應(yīng)進(jìn)行掃描檢漏；
4, filter adopts mechanical seal, a sealing gasket, the thickness of 6-8 mm, and close to the filter frame; after installation gasket compression should be uniform, compression rate of 250%; after installation should be scans leak;
5 高效過(guò)濾器采用液壓密封時(shí)，槽架安裝水平，并不得有滲漏現(xiàn)象；槽內(nèi)無(wú)污物和水分。槽內(nèi)密封液高度宜為槽深的2/3，密封液的熔點(diǎn)宜高于50℃。
5 high efficiency filter adopts hydraulic seal, the slot bracket installation level, and can not have leakage phenomenon; the groove without dirt and moisture. The height of sealing fluid in the tank should be 2/3, and the melting point of the sealing fluid should be higher than 50.
